The lodge in the beautiful and quiet location just outside of York was a perfect retreat for a weekend getaway. the tranquility of the surroundings, filled with wildlife, made for a relaxing atmosphere. the Bumblebee theme throughout the lodge added a special touch that made the stay feel even more unique. The amenities provided were top-notch, with the immaculate laundry and ironing facilities coming in handy during our stay. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils allowed us to prepare our meals and enjoy them at the dining table. the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in the rooms were great for entertainment and staying connected. The terrace overlooking the surroundings was a lovely spot to unwind with a cup of tea from the provided electric kettle. the free parking made it convenient for us to explore the area, and the option to partake in activities such as cycling and fishing added to the overall enjoyable experience. the lodge offered a good balance of comfort and affordability, making it a great choice for a peaceful getaway near York. As a lover of nature and tranquility, I found this lodge to be the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy week at work.
